So, whether you’re a senior, struggling with weight control, healing from an injury or facing a specific health condition, this is the perfect class for you. Based on Lakshmi Voelker’s “Get Fit Where You Sit” and “Sitting Mountain” series, this class offers you the ability to improve your health through adaptive exercise. With the support of a chair, you will receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being. Participants are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing and a Smile!
